We are encouraged (rightly) to help third world producers by buying Fairtrade products – but surely Fair Trade should also begin ‘at home’.
Here’s a couple of ideas for starters:
♦ A fair price for milk (and other produce) to be paid to farmers.
♦ A ‘living wage’ for all employees
